RETURN POLICY

 We will provide a full refund if you change your mind within five days after you've purchased your voucher and want to "return" the unused voucher. After that, we do not provide refunds except that we will provide a refund if you are unable to redeem a voucher because the merchant has gone out of business. Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you have had an unsatisfactory experience let us know at [email protected]. While we do not guarantee a refund except as noted above, we will try to address your concern and will charge a restocking fee of 10% of the purchased price for each voucher with a $2.50 minimum from the time period of 6 – 30 days after purchase. After 30 days from purchase there will NOT be any refunds or exchanges allowed.

     IMPORTANT: Be sure to insure the package for its full value and request tracking proof of delivery. We cannot be responsible for any items lost in the mail or damaged upon return.

   Upon receiving and processing the returned item(s), Dining Discoveries & More will refund the cost of the returned item(s) to the credit card you originally used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 10 – 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

   If you indicate that you wish to exchange an item for one of greater value, those charges will be applied to your credit or debit card, and a new receipt will be issued. SHIPPING POLICY


All items indicated to be in-stock are processed and shipped via U.S. Postal Service within 3 business days of the purchase date. A confirmation email is sent once the item is shipped.
 
 IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as in-stock when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by phone or email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY


To cancel an order you have placed with Dining Discoveries & More, you must contact us by email ([email protected]). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting us about a cancellation, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please not that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
